A major player in the banking sector is looking for an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) (M/F) to lead the company's cybersecurity strategy. You will be responsible for defining, implementing and supervising all security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with current regulations.

Your missions:
• Develop and implement the information systems security strategy.
• Manage cybersecurity risks and design business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery plans (DRP).
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS).
• Supervise security audits, penetration tests, and vulnerability scans.
• Manage a team of IT security experts (pentesters, SOC analysts, etc.).
• Raise awareness among employees of good practices in cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external service providers to strengthen infrastructure security.

Profile sought:
• Bac+5 in IT security, risk management or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an RSSI in a highly sensitive sector (banking, insurance).
• Good knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS) and regulations (GDPR).
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer).
• Managerial skills and ability to interact with high-level interlocutors.
• Fluent English required.
